Our stay at the Hamptonville Farmhouse was great. We are a large group of ultimate players and often have a hard time finding places where we all can stay. Roxanne had fresh eggs, cinnamon rolls, and treats at the home when we arrived. The property is beautiful and access is very streamlined. We appreciate Roxanne hosting us and definitely suggest her home for your next gathering. The amount of places to sleep was very impressive. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the farm. There were cinnamon rolls and fresh eggs when we arrived such a nice surprise. The walk to Flat Rock is right on the property, we had a great time with the family. Roxanne is a very sweet host.
Honestly the view was perfect we live in the city so it was very private. It honestly felt like home. And Roxanne was so sweet she helped out so much. My kids and little cousins loved seeing the farm animals every morning they wanted to go see the pigs. I would so recommend this lovely farm.
Wonderful place to stay and we'd love to go back and spend more than a weekend. We had 10 people stay there comfortably without being on top of each other. Rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was plenty large to cook and serve everyone. Beautiful surroundings. We walked to the river and enjoyed watching the farm animals. Loved the pastries and wine they left for us and there was a pantry of staples if you forget anything. Roxanne was very quick to respond and be helpful. Can't think of a single complaint or suggestion for a change.
This is our second time bringing a group to stay at the house and it's a restful retreat. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is peaceful and we enjoy hanging out with the cats and chickens. There are private hiking trails where you can wade in the stream. Roxanne is a responsive host who also gives you your space!
Roxanne was a fantastic host and her farmhouse was the perfect getaway. The check in process was very easy and the house was in great condition. Highly recommend!
we loved the country setting & the animals outside. Roxanne was very generous & responsive. However, we had no issues or complaints while we were there. The Farmhouse was a great work & gathering place for our family while attending a family wedding at the Lodge on Brier Creek in nearby Roaring River. I hope to return to the Farmhouse when I will have more time to explore the area.
We had an amazing stay at the farmhouse, with complimentary goodies from the local general store, beautiful scenery and animals on the property, and a hiking trail along a river. The house was also very cosy and comfortable; we particularly enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. Highly recommend!
